Soccer season is coming to a close as you only have one week left. The weather is getting colder each day and has created havoc on your asthma as we had to take you to the emergency room last week.
Halloween season is upon us and each day you and Breeanna contemplate what you shall be for this year.
We came up with a brilliant method for you to start earning money, by drawing caricatures because you are speedy as an artist. In the past you have mainly focused on superheroes and robots so actual cartoon depiction of human faces is a new area for you.
You produced a lovely first caricature but afterwards lost enthusiasm when you realized that producing a portfolio of fifty drawing would require a bit more effort.
You are on your fifth drawing and I'm hoping that you will produce one daily so that we can start on business card production by December.
Your days are incredibly busy with activities daily afterschool with Shaw La La's as well as activities at the Kroc Center.
I'm so grateful that at this time in your life you have the opportunity to explore different areas to find your strengths and areas that you enjoy.
For Cub Scouts this year you are at the Weeblos rank and in years past we have not had extra work to do at home to move up to the next rank. This year is a whole new ball game. I am outlining all the requirements in a special binder and on Sundays we will focus on achieving each badge, belt loop and pin.
Cub scouting is a great program and the people of our den and troop are a blessing in our lives.
